The Firm's Design sensibilities evolve from the multicultural and international background of the Firm's principal. Born in Israel,  Isaac Preminger was raised and educated in Europe and South America.

Originally established in South Miami Beach, the Firm is now based in Houston, Texas.

Issac Preminger Architecture & Design Intl. is a full service Architectural and Interior Design firm .  We are a small Firm by design which allows us to select our projects carefully.

 

In doing so, we are able to provide our clients with very personal service and close attention to their needs. The Firm has a broad range of experience with specific empahsis on Hospitality Design.

 

With over 33 years of experience the Firm has won numerous honors and awards, including the 2000 ASID Best Commercial Design Firm Award. More recently the firm was awarded the

2016 Good Brick Award for the Preservation and Restoration of the Historic Dittman Building, retrofitting it into a new Restaurant.
